2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
As a constituted community group, we hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year. This year, the AGM will be part of our Easter event on Saturday 30th March at the YMCA. Throughout the day the community will have an opportunity to find out about our work and talk to us. Then, from 2-3pm, you can grab a free drink and take part in a conversation.
There are things we have to do at the AGM:
- Share our annual report for 2023.
- Feedback on 2023
- Our priorities for 2024
- Share our 2023 accounts
- Share our constitution.
The main thing we want to get out of the AGM though is your feedback and suggestions. The planned summer festival, community fridge, litter picks and jumble sales have all been in response to things you have raised. Come and tell us what you want for our community. Join the conversation!
