Vision & Values

Our vision is for a thriving, sustainable North Stoneham where people feel connected to their community, supported in their wellbeing and empowered to care for and improve their local environment.

We want to create a place where simple, everyday actions like sharing food, growing together, volunteering and looking after green spaces help build a stronger, more resilient community for everyone.

Our values guide how we work, the decisions we make and how we engage with the community to deliver public benefit.

Community

We bring people together and create opportunities for residents to connect, contribute and feel part of where they live.

Sustainability

We are committed to protecting and improving the local environment by promoting sustainable practices, reducing waste and supporting community-led environmental action.

Inclusion

Our activities are open and accessible to all. We aim to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels able to take part and benefit for our work.

Collaboration

We work in partnership with local organisations, groups and volunteers to strengthen our impact and support the wider community.

Integrity

We act responsibly and transparently, ensuring that our decisions and activities deliver clear public benefit to the community and the environment.

Bringing Our Vision to Life

We put our vision and values into action through practical initiatives such as the Community Fridge, Community Garden, environmental activities and local events. These projects help reduce waste, improve green spaces and create opportunities for people to get involved and make a real difference to the area where they live. These activities are delivered in line with our purpose and are overseen by our Trustees to ensure they provide meaningful benefit to the community and environment.
