Trustees meet regularly throughout the year to oversee the governance, strategy and activities of the organisation. Meetings are used to review progress, make decisions, manage resources and ensure all activities align with the group’s purpose. Key decisions are recorded and the group is committed to operating in a transparent and accountable way.

Meetings take place on the second Tuesday of month, alternating between an in-person meeting at 1pm at YMCA Eastleigh, followed by an online meeting at 6pm. You are more than welcome to come along and join us!
