Thank you for your interest in a pitch at the 2026 North Stoneham Community Group Easter event.

We try to ensure we have a range of unique traders selling different items and products, however please be aware that there may be some crossover on items/activities.
This event is outside and the space allocated to you will be 3 metres X 3 metres. You will need to bring your own gazebo (with appropriate weights), tables & chairs. We may have some spares on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed and so you may be turned away on arrival.
The event is located outside, in an area where power is not available.
It is traders responsibility to ensure that they have the correct public liability insurance in place for this event. A copy of your insurance will need to be sent to NSCG before your pitch is confirmed. Please send copies to traders@nscommunity.co.uk - You should ensure that a copy of your PLI is on your person throughout the event.
The fee for a pitch at this event is £15, plus a donation to the raffle such as a physical item/gift card etc. I understand that my pitch is not confirmed until the £15 is paid and will bring a raffle prize with me on the day. Payments should be made into the NSCG Bank Account: The North Stoneham Community Group, 30-96-26, 79431968 - Please use your business name as the reference.
We want to promote you and your business as much as possible leading up to the event. Please let us know your social media and website information for us to promote.
