Wellness Cafés

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook the importance of self-care and nourishment, both physically and mentally. We know that times are tough and so we have decided to trial holding regular wellness cafés. These drop-in sessions provide a space where individuals can prioritise their well-being and combat loneliness. All those that attend one of our sessions can have refreshments on us. We don’t want cost to be a barrier to anyone.

We held our first Wellness Café drop-in on 2nd February as part of Time to Talk day. People were able to come and have a friendly chat to us about anything, enjoy some fun activities and have free refreshments in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • 26th April 2024
