Thank you for your interest in being a trader at the North Stoneham Community Christmas Tree light switch on event.

Event details:

  • Saturday 29th November 2025
  • Set up times: TBC
  • Cost: £15 + donation to raffle per 3m x 3m pitch
We try to ensure we have a range of unique traders all with different items and products, please note there may be some crossover on items / activities.
The event is outside, and the space allocated to you will be 3 metres x 3 metres for your own gazebo, please confirm you own / intend to bring your own gazebo maximum size 3mx3m. Any traders without a gazebo may be turned away.

Please ensure you bring your own table and chairs as the YMCA will be unable to provide on the day.
The event is outside and runs from Dusk into the night, we recommend all stands bring battery powered lighting to allow them to light up their displays. Please note there is no access to electrics for traders, so any powered items must be via battery.
It is the traders responsibility to ensure they have public liability insurance in place for the event. Copy of the insurance will need to be shown to NSCG before confirmation of the stand. A member of NSCG trustees will contact you once this form is completed.
We ask all traders to donate £15 to NSCG along with a donation to the Raffle on the night, such as a physical item or a gift card.
