The session is completely free to attend for adults, and children strictly over 8 years old if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Younger children cannot accompany you during this session for safety reasons.
You will of course have not only a lovely free lunch but get some great cooking tips for you and your children and get some hot budgeting tips too.
The organisers are fully food hygiene and allergy awareness trained.
